1. ATTRITOR

Attritor is used for producing fine & homogenous Grinding quickly & repeatedly under controlled conditions. Used for the manufacture of inks, paints, coatings. The Attritor is often referred to as a agitated ball mill. The material to be ground is charged into a vertical tank filled with grinding media. Both the material and grinding media are then agitated by a shaft with arms causing the media to exert shearing & impact forces on the material. This action produces an extremely fine material measured in microns. No pre mixing is required. All attritors are provided with MS cooling jackets.

The main advantage of a batch mill is that the material can be inspected any time during the grinding cycle. Therefore, adjustments or formulation additions can be accomplished without stopping the machine. A worm gear assembly attached to the tank allows the tank to be tilted. In this position, the shaft and arms can be easily removed and/or inspected and the grinding media changed, if necessary.

2.HIGH SPEED DISPERSERS

Dispersers supplied by us can efficiently premix and deliver a homogenized mixture. 5.THREEE SHAFT HIGH VISCOSITY MIXER

Three Shaft High Viscosity Mixer the name suggest the three shafts high viscosity mixer was designed for low floating nature and high viscosity materials like acrylic wall putty, paints, Inks, Pigments, PU Resin, Silicon glues, Cosmetics, Foodstuff,..etc. .

The central anchor equips with scraper for removing adhered materials from the sides and bottom of the mixing tanks. The other two shafts are rotated in medium speed producing kneading, twisting and dispersing effects. One shaft is screw type and another is serrated impeller. While mixing the shafts will produce two whirlpools and the central anchor, and the impeller will create turbulences which make the low floating nature materials achieve high efficiency blending, dispersing and mixing effects.

6. RIBBON BLENDERS

Ribbon Blender comprises of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially designed Double Helical Ribbon Agitator rotating within. Ribbon Blenders are based on a proven agitator construction that provides a triple mixing action ensuring fast, efficient blending. The Double Ribbon Blender is valued for its thorough mixing. 8. SAND MILL

Sand mills are used for processing a wide variety of products during the grinding process. Sand mills are used in cosmetics manufacturing, the production of printing Inks, Paints and pigments, and similar activities.

Sand Mills are mainly used by coating, ink and paint industries for the size reduction and dispersing of pigments in the liquids. The pigment particles are dispersed upto 2 microns in a single pass. The milling chamber is fitted with grinding media, where the feed is pumped from the bottom chamber. The material moves upwards and subjected to high shearing force, which results in finely grinded material. A jacket arrangement is also provided for the cooling of grinding material in the chamber.
